1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and apms pk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service offered through the apms pk website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the apms pk platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes.

These Terms apply to all users of apms pk regardless of how the platform is accessed — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the dedicated apms pk App for Android and iOS.

2 Eligibility

To register and use apms pk, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. apms pk does not knowingly permit minors to register or play on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee, trustee or agent.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from apms pk under a prior account or for prior violations of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

apms pk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on apms pk. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or through different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username or password with any other person or allow others to access your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify apms pk customer support immediately. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Registration requires a valid mobile number or email address for account verification.
• apms pk may request identity documents (CNIC, passport) as part of the account verification process at any time.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• apms pk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on apms pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and debit or credit cards. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at our discretion.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the payment source belongs to you and that you are the authorised user of the payment method used. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted and will be reversed upon detection.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• apms pk does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your game balance and wagering has begun.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on apms pk are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw funds to a third-party account, mobile wallet, or bank account that does not belong to you.

• Withdrawal requests are processed in order of submission. Processing times vary by VIP tier — higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal handling.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in a withdrawal request.
• apms pk reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, including identity verification, proof of ownership of the payment method, or source of funds documentation.
• If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is applied to your account, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

apms pk will not process withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for the most recent deposit, unless the original method is no longer available and an alternative has been verified.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

apms pk offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is active.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not used before expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• apms pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and started wagering on an active bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting loopholes, or using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.

7 Betting Rules

All sports betting on apms pk — including cricket, PSL markets, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports — is governed by the general betting rules outlined here as well as any sport-specific rules displayed in the relevant betting section.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Market odds may change before a bet is placed, and the odds shown at confirmation are final.
• In-play bets are subject to additional latency rules. A bet will only be accepted if it is confirmed by our system before the relevant event or ball is delivered. Bets submitted during a dead ball period or between deliveries may be declined at our discretion.
• apms pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, spot-fixing or other corrupt activity, regardless of the outcome of that bet.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, void rules apply as described in the sport-specific rules. In most cases, stakes are returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Obvious pricing errors in betting markets will be corrected and bets placed at the erroneous price will be voided at apms pk's discretion.

8 Live Casino Rules

The apms pk Live Casino features real-time dealer games streamed from professional studio environments. By participating in any Live Casino game — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar — you agree to the following:

• The outcome of all Live Casino games is determined in real time by the physical actions of the dealer (card dealing, wheel spin, dice roll). apms pk does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be determined by the studio provider's recorded feed. Where a round cannot be verified, the stake will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum table bet limits are displayed before joining each table. These limits may vary by table, game type and VIP tier.
• Any attempt to exploit a technical error, dealer mistake, or game malfunction for financial gain will result in the relevant winnings being voided and account action being taken.
• Live Casino games may not be available in all regions or at all times due to scheduled maintenance or provider downtime.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on apms pk and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in Live Casino games or poker-style formats.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use gaming transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false identification documents or personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed and the account suspended.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in the live chat feature or in any communication with apms pk staff.

10 Responsible Gaming

apms pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming on this platform is for entertainment only and should never be viewed as a way to earn money or resolve financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you when a session has reached your chosen time limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion directly from your account settings. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in and will not receive any promotional communications.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with anti-fraud obligations.
• apms pk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by apms pk or to request correction of inaccurate information.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the apms pk platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game graphics, software, text, promotional materials and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of apms pk or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any content on apms pk without express written permission.
• Scraping, data mining or automated data collection from the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Game content is provided under licence from third-party game studios and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

13 Limitation of Liability

apms pk provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

• apms pk is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability to any player in connection with any single event or dispute is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly involved.
• apms pk is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of expected winnings or anticipated profit.
• In the case of a verifiable technical error that has affected the outcome of a bet or game round, apms pk's sole obligation is to void the affected bet and return the stake.

14 Termination

apms pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused a bonus or promotional offer, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• If an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms is involved, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any bonus funds that did not meet wagering requirements.
• Players who have been permanently banned may not register a new account. Attempting to do so constitutes a further breach of these Terms.

15 Changes to Terms

apms pk may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of apms pk after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect.
